How to become a Olive hospital Authorized supplier:

• To be considered a potential vendor, you must register by completing the vendor registration requirements.
• Selected vendors will be asked to review and accept vendor guidelines and policies.
• Completing the registration ensures your company will be considered for opportunities, but it does not guarantee that your company will receive an invitation to propose or a contract from Olive Hospital nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship with Olive Hospital, either now or in the future.
• If you are registered as a vendor, Olive Hospital may solicit you for procurement of goods and/or services, a member of the Purchasing Department will contact you with information regarding next steps and other important information.

All Suppliers are evaluated on the following criteria:

• Vendor should be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.
• Vendor should be licensed to store, procure and distribute the products for which he/she is quoting.
• Vendor need to register with the hospital and provide the copy of the license, GST, PAN card, list of clients, credit terms, bank details and list of products and respective authorization certificate of the manufacturer.
• Acceptance of Olive Hospitals standard terms and conditions of purchase.
• Adherence to Olive Hospital policies with respect to supply, delivery, installation and warranty coverage where applicable.
• Pricing.
• Quality.
• Product availability.
• Delivery methods.
• Support services after purchase.
