YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a patient you are responsible to:

• For your personal belongings the management is not liable for any loss and theft.
• To provide correct & detailed history of your health problem to your doctor
• To follow the treatment plan established by the consultant, doctor, nurse and healthcare professionals.
• For reporting changes in your condition or symptoms including plan to the doctor and nurse.
• For outcomes related to refusing treatment or not following the medical team's instructions.
• Respecting hospital property and the property of other persons.
• Responsible to protect the property of the hospital by not damaging any part of the building or furniture.
